Annual Planning Conference

Annual meeting to plan the year’s activities and priorities. All elected Troop & Patrol leaders and anyone else wishing to influence this year’s activities should attend.

Everyone should come prepared with new ideas for campouts and troop events for this year. Please try to think of a few ideas ahead of time so we have plenty to discuss.

We need two volunteers to bring snacks. Please keep them simple and not messy. Let us know if you will bring a snack.
