Memorial Day Parade

Troop 1 is marching in the Memorial Day Parade on Monday, May 25th. The ceremony starts at 9am. Scouts should be at the Lancaster Town Green no later than 8:45 AM. Parking downtown can get crowded so plan on arriving early. Scouts should arrive in full uniforms. This includes a Scout shirt with properly located patches, pants, and Scout belt. If you wear Scout shorts you need Scout socks. A Scout hat and neckerchief are encouraged but optional.
In celebration of the 250th anniversary of our country, we are marching to the Middle Cemetery this year to honor the Revolutionary War vets buried there. Troop 1 will also have a special guest speaker at the ceremony!
The parade should finish at the Town Green around 11am.
