All Scouts and Adult Volunteers need to have an up to date Scouting America Annual Health and Medical Record. The Troop maintains paper copies for all members and brings them on all overnight events in case of emergency.
If you are new to Troop 1, please complete at least parts A and B of the Scouting America Annual Health and Medical Record. Bring a printed copy into a Troop meeting prior to the May 1st campout.
All Scouts & Adults attending summer camp need to submit parts A, B & C and submit them prior to camp. Part C requires a physicians signature, dated no more than 12 months prior to the start of summer camp.
